I've got these blinds, and the right anchor is soaked, but all the others are perfectly fine. I checked outside and couldn't find any holes, plus I looked in the attic and there aren't any leaks there either. It's puzzling since the window right next to it is completely dry. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I’d suggest taking a look at the flashing and fascia around the porch near that window. Water might be getting in where it meets the wall and then traveling down to that anchor. If that doesn’t help, consider cutting into the wall to find out where the water’s coming from.
Have you checked where that conduit is going? Make sure it's sealed at the top—sometimes water can sneak in there without you realizing it.
