I'm running two Sol-Ark 15k inverters set up in a Master/Slave configuration, with Homegrid batteries connected to each inverter. I'm curious if anyone here has connected Solar Assistant under similar conditions. Each Homegrid pack has its own communication cable going back to its respective inverter. Initially, it seems I might need two separate Solar Assistants, one for each Homegrid and inverter setup using a splitter cable. Can anyone clarify this or share their experience? Thanks!

I haven't used Sol-Ark specifically, but in my experience with other systems, you can usually connect Solar Assistant just to the master inverter. It should be able to read data from both the master and the slave setups without needing two separate Assistant units. Just make sure your wiring is correct and it should work seamlessly.
That's interesting! I was wondering about this too. I haven't set it up yet, but I was looking into how the splitter functions and the terminal wiring. It seemed to me that one Solar Assistant could work because it would read the secondary (slave) info through the primary. I think that’s the way to go, but I'm curious how it ends up for you!
