Hey folks, I'm having an issue with my Parkside robot mower (model PAMR 500 A1). I just came back from work and found it stuck. I tried moving it a bit, but it still says it's trapped. Is there any way to fix this, or should I just return it to Lidl?

Have you tried rebooting it? Sometimes a quick reset can fix these kinds of issues.
I'm planning to remove the battery and let it sit for a while. I suspect it might be a motor issue, even though I've already cleared them. Worth a shot!
When mine gets stuck, I usually just push it forward a few feet and then hit 'OK' while entering the PIN. It often works for me!
