Is the DCR025 Jobsite Radio Worth It?

I'm often bringing a charger to work and I love having some music while on the job. The DCR025 seems like a solid option, but the price makes me hesitate. Has anyone here used it? How's the charging speed and sound quality?

I'm in the same boat as you! I was a bit hesitant after hearing some reviews about other Bluetooth speakers being too quiet. The DCR025 has the built-in charger, which is super convenient since it means less to carry—one item instead of a separate charger and speaker. Definitely a good consideration if you want something simple to grab.

I sold my DCR025 because it just wasn't loud enough compared to the DCR010. It's tough and can definitely handle some wear and tear, but it didn't quite meet our need for keeping the atmosphere lively on site. Maybe it works better for some situations, though!

Wait, are you saying the 025 isn't as loud as the 010? I've got the 025 and it really packs a punch for me!

I've had my DCR025 for about 3 or 4 years now, and I use it daily. It seriously bumps out some good sound even inside a house, and I think it's the best job site radio I've ever owned. Plus, it charges pretty quickly! Just a heads up, if you're looking for a speaker that competes with high-end home speakers, this might not be it, but for a work environment, it's awesome.
