Hey everyone! I'm diving back into electronics after a break of about a decade and I'm looking for some good simulation software that can help with design and testing. I used to use Workbench, but I noticed it's no longer around. I've tried out LTSpice, but honestly, it seems pretty clunky and not visually appealing. I'm open to any recommendations, and I'm okay with paying for something that's worth it. Thanks in advance!

Have you checked out the Falstad simulator? It's really user-friendly and perfect for hobbyists. Plus, it has a ton of examples that make learning easier! You can find it at falstad.com/circuit/.
LTSpice might not look the best, but it’s super powerful. If you have the budget, though, consider MultiSim which is around $1000 a year. The Live service is cheaper at about $100 a year, but honestly, for simple stuff, LTSpice is hard to beat.

I've heard Micro-cap is now free and has a lot of features! But honestly, I prefer LTSpice for its simplicity, especially for basic circuits.
