I've got a piece of land right next to my house, and I'm planning to set up a ground mount for 8 solar panels, each 440w. I want this mount to be easily removable in case I face any complaints. Price isn't an issue for the panels since I already have an inverter. Does anyone have suggestions or plans for a quick and effective ground mount that can hold the panels at a 45-degree angle?

You might want to build an A-frame using unistrut, which is galvanized steel. Just add some plates at the feet for stability. You can stack construction blocks as well. There are also plenty of ballast calculators online to help you figure out what you need for a secure setup.
We've used Integra racks on our job sites before. We typically anchor them down with cinder blocks or water-filled plastic tanks. It's great because when the project finishes, we can just pack up and leave without any hassle.
I'm curious why you'd need it to be movable. If it's your land, you should get permission before setting up, right? Plus, you’ll want to ensure your panels don’t get blown away. Maybe consider adding some water containers at the base to weigh it down? You can drain them to move the setup easily later.
