I've been working on a project and have dialed in the height for my roundover bit on my SawStop lift router table. I'm looking for a smart way to save this exact height setting so that I can reference it later when I build a matching table. I've just been using a ruler and marking it down, but I'm sure there's a more clever trick to keep it consistent for future use. Any suggestions?

Using a height gauge is another great option! It can get you really close to the exact height you need. For matching profiles, it doesn't have to be spot on, just close enough to do the job.
A good approach is to save a piece of wood that has the profile you've cut. Just mark it with a sharpie so you don't damage it, and you can use that as your reference next time you need to replicate the height. You could even spray paint it a bright color like pink or yellow for better visibility!
You could make a template by keeping the piece of wood cut with that bit. Just raise it until it touches the bit, then back off a tiny bit; you'll always have the right height that way. If you're in need of a standard size later, consider running a few extra boards now and saving them. That way, you'll always have the same profile handy!
