Should I Upgrade to a Double Sink Vanity for My Master Bathroom?

I'm considering a significant change in my master bathroom where I currently have a 69-inch wall space with a single sink and a countertop that goes to the wall. I'm thinking of adding another sink and faucet to make it a double vanity. Since I'm planning to sell the house, do you think this upgrade would be beneficial, or would it be a waste of resources?

If your current vanity needs replacing anyway, then go for the double sink! Just keep in mind that there will be extra plumbing costs involved, and you might not get back all of what you spend. If the vanity is okay as is, consider leaving it for future owners to customize to their own taste.

Thanks for the advice! Just to clarify, here's a picture of my current setup. It's a bit basic, but functional.

A friend once said double sinks are overrated, but honestly, I have to disagree! Especially when it comes to selling your home, buyers generally love the idea of more sinks. It adds convenience and can make the bathroom feel more luxurious.
