Can I Overlap Corrugated Roofing Sheets for My 12-Foot Roof?

I'm working on a roofing project and have corrugated metal sheets that are 10 feet long, but my roof is 12 feet long. Is it possible to overlap the sheets lengthwise to cover the entire roof?

It might be easier to just get the metal cut to the right length. By the way, where are you located?

I found some reclaimed metal at a great deal from a barn that was a 12-foot pole barn.

Yeah, you can overlap them just like you would with shingles! The more you overlap, the better it will hold up against the elements. Keep that in mind when installing!

Thanks for the tip!
