I'm looking to replace the shingles on my small shed since they're in pretty rough shape. I've watched a couple of videos that make it seem fairly straightforward, aside from the drip edge, which my shed doesn't even have right now. The shed is small enough that I can easily reach its roof with a small ladder, and I plan to set it on blocks first since I just moved it. Has anyone tried this DIY project, and how difficult was it for you?

Not hard at all! It's a roofing job so easy even I would do it. Just make sure you’ve got everything you need before starting, like shingles, drip edging, underlayment, and nails. If you have any doubts, just watch a few more videos for confidence!
It’s quite simple! Just be careful that the roof decking is in solid condition so you don’t fall through any rotted spots. And definitely wear good footwear to avoid stepping on nails when you toss old shingles down. Also, consider putting down a tarp to catch the debris and protect your feet. Good luck!
