I've been dealing with asbestos in my home while getting renovations done. I had some materials that were related to asbestos removed, but not the asbestos itself. Before my certified contractor tackled the kitchen floor, I had to take out the kitchen cabinets, which was a bit of a hassle. While doing this, I even removed some frayed linoleum that had some asbestos and disconnected air ducts for necessary work. I made sure to wear PPE like a suit and P100 mask, but I didn't wear any protection when I removed the cabinets or disposed of them. Now I'm concerned that I might've tracked asbestos into my work truck, which has vinyl flooring. I cleaned it thoroughly, even pulling out the seats and dusting vents. I'm anxious that I could still be inhaling asbestos or bringing it into my home. Am I worrying too much or should I take this seriously?

You're fine! As long as you did a good job cleaning, there's no need to fret over it. Just make sure to not disturb anything that might still be lying around.
Honestly, you're definitely overthinking this one! You've taken more precautions than many would, and you should be perfectly safe. You've got nothing to worry about.
Asbestos really becomes a problem mostly in large amounts, especially in poorly ventilated areas. Since you've cleaned your truck out thoroughly, any small traces should be manageable. It might be a good idea to swap out your air filter and take a drive with the windows down just to be on the safe side. You should be good to go!
