Hey everyone! I'm struggling with the settings on my 6.5 kW Deye inverter. When I set it to lithium battery at 80%, the batteries (which are 10 kW) stop discharging. However, if I adjust the settings by voltage, it starts discharging again. I've tried various combinations, but nothing seems to work. Could this be a firmware issue or am I missing something in the settings? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you checked what operating mode your inverter is in? Are you running it grid-tied or off-grid? It's also important to know where you've set the battery percentage. Just a thought!
If it's grid-tied, double-check your settings. For instance, I usually set Shutdown at -20%, Low Battery at -35%, and Restart at 50%. Might help your situation!
