Hey everyone! I've been a fan of this community for a bit and have picked up a lot from your posts, even though I'm not the handiest person out there. Recently, I picked up a 6AH battery deal and wanted to get your take on whether I made a smart choice. I bought it mainly for power outages this summer—it's meant to power essentials like my TV, router, and fan for under $70. Should I keep this one or return it unopened? I've heard the new model will drop soon, but it looks like it only has USB-C ports instead of a regular outlet. Is there any scenario where having both makes sense? I really appreciate any thoughts you might have!

Charging via USB-C is great if you're on the move and want to avoid heavy chargers. But if you're looking for versatility, you can always plug a 100W charger into the 175W AC port of the old model, so you'll have the same output options as the new one.

Exactly! It seems like the main 'upgrade' is just reducing bulk, right? And missing the AC port is a bit of a bummer.
