I recently set up some grow lights that I was gifted a few months ago and I've only used them sporadically for about 8-12 hours at a time. I'm curious about how often I should be using them to really see a difference in my plants' growth. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on a solid routine?

If your plants really need that extra light, aim for using the grow lights for about 12-16 hours a day. This will help boost their growth, especially if natural sunlight is limited. Just monitor your plants to make sure they're not getting stressed!

So you're saying every day? I just want to make sure I'm not overdoing it since I only have a couple of southwest-facing windows.
