I recently purchased some Dewalt tools from Home Depot, and they were shipped using OnTrack. I'm not sure why they chose this carrier. Today was the first delivery attempt, but it ended up being marked as failed by the end of the day. I'm worried they won't even try again tomorrow. I have a really bad history with OnTrack deliveries, and I'm curious if anyone else has faced similar issues.

Yeah, I get it. Sometimes Home Depot has those online only deals with OnTrack shipping, and even if they have great prices, dealing with OnTrack can be a headache. I’ve managed to dodge any major issues so far, but I always hold my breath when I see them as the carrier!
I've heard they can be really unreliable. Some people even say that they’ve had issues with packages going missing. It's wild.
I totally get your disappointment. I’ve had really bad experiences with OnTrack as well. Whenever I see a package is shipped by them, I get worried.
Oh man, I feel your pain! OnTrack is honestly one of the worst carriers out there. I've had plenty of struggles with them too. Just last week, I had to call them multiple times because they couldn't figure out the delivery route—ended up delivering my package to a totally wrong street! It’s super frustrating.

That sounds rough! It's crazy how some delivery companies can’t do the basics right.
