I'm on the hunt for a new toilet and what I really need is something with powerful flush performance. While there are tons of options touted as the best, it's tough to sort through what's actually reliable based on real user experiences. I'm particularly looking for a toilet that: 1) flushes powerfully and consistently, 2) doesn't clog easily, 3) is water-efficient but still performs well, and 4) is long-lasting. I've heard brands like TOTO, Kohler, and American Standard come up frequently, but I'd love to gather some real-life feedback. If you've installed a toilet recently that's working wonders, please share your recommendations!

If you're after strong flush performance, consider getting a toilet designed for commercial use. They have pressurized tanks that shoot water into the bowl, giving you that robust flush without sacrificing the look of a regular toilet. It’s a solid option!
In my 70-year-old house, I still have the original Flushmate power flush toilets from when I bought the place a decade ago. They’ve been absolutely reliable and have never clogged, which is a big win! I only had to replace the top valves once, and I found them super cheap on Amazon. Definitely a 10/10 from me!
We replaced both our toilets with Kohlers after buying a fixer-upper, and they've worked like a charm for the last four years! They use about 1.5 gallons per flush, which is pretty efficient for the performance you get. Totally recommend them!

That sounds promising! Do you have a specific model in mind, or just any commercial style?
