Can I Use Other Driver Bits with My DCF510 Ratchet?

Hey everyone! I just got myself a DCF510 ratchet, and I'm curious if there are any adaptors available that let me attach different types of driver bits, like standard Philips or Torx. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to check out Lowes; they have a set of inserts that includes both 1/4" and 3/8" drives, along with an impact bit holder. Should give you some versatility!

Absolutely! You can use a 3/8" to 1/4" hex bit adapter, like the one from Hazet. Just attach that to your ratchet, and you can use various bits. It's super handy!

I noticed that the DCF500 model has a 1/4" hex collet insert that comes with it. I wonder why they don't offer that for the DCF510 as a standalone option though. Might be due to torque considerations, but it does seem like a missed opportunity!
