How can I fix my burnt wooden container?

I live in Arizona, and unfortunately, a plastic container I had outside caught fire. I'm looking for advice on how to fix the damage. You can see a photo of it here: https://imgur.com/a/X0r8PBW. If I need to hire someone for repairs, how much should I expect to pay?

First off, is that real wood? If it is, start by cleaning the burnt area really well. If you're okay with how it looks after cleaning, you can prime it with three coats and then paint over it. But if it's too damaged, you might need to replace those bad pieces.

Yeah, it's real wood. I live in an apartment, so I definitely have to get it fixed. I have renters insurance, but I'm not sure how that works for this. I also asked an AI for an estimate, and it said around $150-$200. Do you think that's accurate?
