Can You Have Too Many Plants?

I'm curious if there's a limit to how many plants someone should have. At what point does it become overwhelming or just too much to handle?

Definitely! It reaches a point when taking care of them becomes a hassle rather than a joy. For me, I start feeling overwhelmed when I hit about 100 plants. After that, I find myself neglecting some of them, and it feels cluttered instead of cozy. It's all about balance!

I totally get that. It can really turn into a chore if you have too many!

I'd say it varies for everyone. If you're still enjoying the plants and managing to care for them, go for it! But once it feels like a burden or you can't keep up, then maybe it's time to reconsider how many you have. Some people thrive with lots, others do better with fewer.

Oh, absolutely! I've been there—had over 300 plants squished in my tiny house, and it was chaos. Now, I keep it to 60, and it feels way more manageable. Just remember, plants should bring you joy, not stress!

Right! I had to downsize too. It’s so much easier to care for fewer plants!
