Are Renogy Solar Panels Worth It?

I recently bought a Pecron E1000 solar generator and now I'm in the market for new solar panels. I'm considering getting a 200W mono rigid panel for $136 or a 200W portable Pecron panel for $209. Why should I not just save the $70 and go with Renogy? Did I make a good choice? By the way, I ended up ordering the Renogy panel, thanks everyone!

While they aren't the cheapest option out there, Renogy panels are definitely a good investment. If you’re upgrading from a DIY setup, it's worth getting quality gear this time around. You won't regret it, especially considering the convenience of solar generators!

I totally agree! These solar generators simplify everything, right? I'm all for the plug-and-play style after years of complicated setups.

I've been using three 100W Renogy panels for about a year, and I can't complain—they've performed really well for me! Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for reliability.

I've had two of their 100W panels on my shed for nearly 9 years, and they've held up great! Good lifespan overall if you treat them right.

Renogy can be a bit pricey, but the quality is there. Just keep in mind that alternatives exist that offer better value if you’re open to larger residential panels—300W and up might save you more in the long run!
