How Can I Identify and Replace a Burnt Resistor?

I have this resistor that got burnt due to a short circuit, and now it's hard to identify it. I have a picture of it here: [resistor](https://i.imgur.com/t39DsFc.jpeg). What steps should I take to replace it? Any tips on figuring out its value?

I’m looking on my mobile, but it looks like there’s something printed on the circuit board right next to the burnt resistor, like 'L' something. Maybe it's L11? That could give you a hint about what you need to do next!

It actually says 'Soldering'. I found a similar PCB [here](https://imgur.com/a/VD0lEu9) where the resistor isn't burnt out. Do you think you could help me figure out its value?

The best thing to do is check if there's a schematic available for the device, as it seems like a power supply. If that resistor is burnt out, it might be a low value, possibly between 10 to 180 ohms, but that's just a guess. The real concern is why it burnt out. You should definitely check the transistors and any other components that could be causing the issue. Just to be safe!

The blue components are loose too, so I need to replace those as well. I think the washing machine was running too long, which might have caused the burnout.
