Where’s the Best Place to Buy Lumber in the Netherlands?

I'm currently living in the Netherlands, and I'm having a tough time finding good places to buy lumber, both online and offline. There seem to be very few options, and I was hoping to get some recommendations from fellow woodworkers. If you know any reliable shops, could you let me know? Also, I'm particularly interested in whether they ship to the Netherlands, especially if they're outside a 50km radius from the border.

Don't forget about Masave.nl! They're based in Zwolle and have great customer service. The owner is super friendly and they do shipping, which is a huge plus!

I recommend Amsterdamsche Fijnhout or Goedkoop Bouwmaterialen, depending on what you're after—price and quality can vary. Both have decent selections, so it might be worth checking them out!

If you're okay with a bit of a splurge, Arnold's Fijnhout Handel in Arnhem and Amsterdam has a great variety of woods. Plus, they can cater to your needs quite well!

I found a useful resource on woodworking.nl—it has a compiled list of wood suppliers across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. It's definitely worth checking out to find more places that suit your needs!

There are definitely some good options for buying lumber online in the Netherlands. For instance, check out Houtdirect.nl—just keep in mind that their shipping costs can be pretty steep. If you're up for a drive, Bremers Houthandel has a physical store worth visiting, but your location might affect convenience. So, it's all about balancing cost and distance!
