Hey everyone, I just had a home inspection completed, and I'm looking for some opinions on any issues I should follow up on, beyond what the builder has already addressed. They claimed that all the repairs were done within 48 hours after the inspection report came back. I've shared a link below with the specific items highlighted in orange. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

From what I've seen, most of the issues pointed out seem valid. But I'm not entirely on board with their comments about the GFCI outlet. Your inspector did a thorough job, and their explanations seem reasonable. It looks like they did a good job addressing the repairs quickly!
Honestly, none of the comments seem too alarming. It sounds like they handled the repairs well.

That's reassuring to hear! Thanks for the feedback!
