Hey everyone! Five years ago, I planted a small Nordmann fir Christmas tree that I've kept in a pot. It's grown quite a bit over the years, and now I'm worried it might be too close to my garage and my neighbor's house. What do you think? Should I be concerned about its growth? Appreciate any advice!

Yeah, that's definitely something to think about! Nordmann firs can grow pretty tall—up to about 30 feet—plus their roots can spread around 15 feet outwards. I planted one, too, but I kept it in a tub to control its growth. Mine's about 5 feet tall right now, so it’s manageable. If you're worried, maybe consider getting a smaller tree after this holiday season.

Ah, got it! I'll enjoy it for one more Christmas and then replace it with something smaller. Thanks for the tip!
