I'm dealing with a flooding issue in one of my window wells. It seems to be filling up from the ground, even though it has a cover. Interestingly, the other two window wells in my home aren't experiencing this problem. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any ideas on what might be causing it?

It sounds like you might be experiencing poor drainage around that specific window well. If it's only happening after heavy rains, it could be that rainwater is seeping into the ground and pooling around that well. Since the other wells aren’t flooding, it likely isn't a high water table issue. I'd recommend checking the downspout drainage and considering a photo to get more feedback from others about the area. Might help pinpoint the problem better!
Yeah, if you can't share pictures right now, maybe describe the layout of your downspouts and where the rain tends to pool. That may help others offer some insights!

So, it only flooded once before, and that was after a really heavy rain? That does add to the mystery! It's strange how the other wells are fine. I hope posting some pics helps shed more light on it.
