Hey everyone! I've noticed that the air vent in my bathroom is leaking water, and I can see signs of water damage. I'm a bit lost on who to call for help with this. Should it be a plumber, or is it something else? Any advice would be appreciated!

Just a thought: is it your AC vent or a fan vent? Has it rained recently? Understanding where the vent leads could help too. How long have you lived in the place? Sometimes newer construction can have odd issues, but creeped-out ghosts might not be the problem here!
You might want to check if it's just condensation from the humid air meeting the cold AC air. If that’s not it and you don't have any pipes in the attic, it could be an issue from the roof, so maybe call a roofer first to rule that out.
Most likely, you’ll need to call a plumber. They can help figure out where the leak is coming from and suggest the best next steps.

This is the vent that kicks on when I take a shower to handle moisture. We just had some rain a couple of days ago, and the house is only a year old, so I’d be surprised if there’s a bigger issue!
