I just got a new dishwasher with a free installation service, but the installers didn't seem very confident and messed with the angle a lot before conceding. I noticed it seems a bit off and mentioned it to them, but they brushed it off, saying as long as there are no leaks, it's fine, and any issues should go to Samsung. I'm now wondering if I should get it reinstalled or if I'm just overthinking it. For context, it's slightly off level and the door doesn't fully open. Here's a link to some photos I took: https://imgur.com/a/gGvFKie

It sounds like your dishwasher might be tilted because of how it was screwed into the countertop before they adjusted the back feet. To fix it, you can remove the lower front plate under the door to get access to the feet and adjust them with a wrench. If you can’t access it that way, you’ll need to unscrew the brackets from the countertop, turn off the water, and slide it out carefully. Just watch the drain hose while doing this. Once leveled with the counter, reattach everything. The door’s angle is usually fine as long as water can drain back into the basin. It’s pretty easy to DIY! Sorry your installers didn’t get it right.

Thanks! That makes sense about the door. My last model opened fully, so I expected the same. Would it be safe to level it without removing it completely?
