Choosing the Right Indoor Grow Lights for My Plants

Asked By Pl4ntFreak92 On

I've been doing some research on lighting for my indoor plants, specifically strawberries, peppers, and mini tomatoes, but I'm still a bit lost. I see a lot of recommendations for Sansi lights, but I've also come across options for LEDs that provide red and blue light. How should I go about choosing the right one?

The Sansi 36-watt bulb is good, but you’ll need one per plant to really see results. Personally, I prefer the GE PAR38 over the Sansi. Go for a full spectrum light; it’ll look like a regular bulb but includes all the essential red and blue spectrums without the hassle of figuring out the color specs.

Thanks for the tip! I understand now that full spectrum has everything I need. I found a cheap bulb on FB Marketplace, but it only has red and blue. Is that still a good option?
