Returning My Backpack Blower – Has Anyone Else Experienced This?

I recently had to return my backpack blower because it just wouldn't do the job. I pulled it out with two fully charged 12 AH forge batteries, and it wouldn't even blow the loose grass off the cement. This all happened within 90 days of purchase. Has anyone had a similar experience?

From what I’ve experienced, if grass is loose on the ground, it can still be tricky to blow if it's been stepped on or if it's wet. I usually end up using a broom when it’s like that or waiting until the clippings are dry. I can't speak for the backpack blower specifically, but my handheld has some limitations too.

I own the M18 Fuel Blower as well, and honestly, I found it lacking compared to my smaller 120v Worx blower. One thing that did help was getting the optional 2x nozzle kit; it helped focus the air better. A bummer that I had to pay extra for those attachments that are included for free with the non-fuel version, though. Really wish it could have performed better without those add-ons!

I get that—it's like putting lipstick on a pig, right? If it's not powerful to begin with, no attachment is really going to save it. ?
