Hey everyone, it seems like many of us got really disappointed with our orders this year from Matt's Patch. Some of us have already filed disputes with our banks weeks or even months ago. I just checked the website, and it's completely gone now! Does anyone know what really happened past the last email we received in May, which said deliveries were on the way? It'd be disappointing to see others fall for this next year without any consequences for the seller. I'm curious if anyone has more info.

I disputed my order with my bank and managed to get a refund. Ironically, two weeks later, the plants showed up! Unfortunately, they all died within a week, but hey, at least I got my money back!
Wow, I remember seeing ads for those plants, but they seemed pricey. Do you know where they were shipping from? I’m curious if it was local or not.
I can’t remember exactly, but I think it was from somewhere in the Northeast... possibly Vermont?
I’m surprised you even got your plants! I never heard another word after my purchase, but the bank refunded me right away when I gave up on the order.
