I'm looking for suggestions on plants that I can grow throughout the year in my greenhouse. In the summer, temperatures can reach up to 60°C, while in winter, it stays just above freezing. I want to make sure that there is always something thriving and looking good in there. Any recommendations?

I've heard that planting South African bulbs is a fantastic choice! They go dormant during the summer and will really thrive and flower in the winter. Varieties like nerines, freesias, and gladioli are quite easy to care for and really brighten up the space.
I've had great success with cacti and succulents in my greenhouse! They can handle extreme temperatures and even bloom beautifully. Plus, they require minimal care, making them ideal for year-round growing.
Consider growing kumquats or mandarins; they should do well as long as the temperature doesn't drop too far below freezing. Just keep in mind they'll need daily watering for the best results.
