Hey everyone! This is my first post here, and I'm in need of some advice. I'm a huge plant lover and I always feel anxious about leaving my plants when I go on vacation. I really wish there was an easy way to find a plant sitter, kind of like how Rover does it for pets. I'm kind of surprised there isn't something out there yet! Is there any app or website that offers this, or any tips on how to find someone to help care for my plants? Thanks for any suggestions! P.S. I struggle with English sometimes, so if I missed something, let me know!

I’ve realized there might not be an app like Rover for this because taking care of plants usually doesn’t cost as much. Rover makes money by taking a cut, but plant care is typically less hassle and therefore, cheaper. It might just end up being a personal arrangement instead!
You might want to try the Nextdoor app for your neighborhood. A lot of people post looking for odd jobs, and I bet plant sitting would be a hit, especially for retirees or young folks looking for something to do. It could really work out for you!
Have you checked if your local Facebook group has any plant enthusiasts? In my neighborhood, there’s a wonderful local plant lady who helps maintain people’s plants when they’re away, and it's been a lifesaver! You might find someone just as passionate in your area!
That makes sense! Plus, if you're gone for less than a couple weeks, most plants can usually tough it out. Just depends on how high maintenance your greenery is! What plants do you have?
