I recently noticed during my toilet renovation that the flange isn't completely above the tile. Is that considered okay, or should I ask the contractor to fix it?

It's not ideal for the flange to be sitting below the floor tiles. While it's a bit sloppy, it’s not completely wrong. Ideally, the flange should be level with or above the finished floor for a proper seal.
Can I resolve this issue easily with an extender?
