How Can I Achieve a Textured Painted Wall Effect Like This?

I came across a living room makeover on Instagram that features this really cool textured wall effect. I'm not sure how they achieved it since the creator hasn't shared any details or responses to comments. It looks like they might have used stucco, but I'm also wondering if it could be a lime wash since other examples of lime wash seem a lot more subtle. I've attached a screenshot of the wall. Any tips on how to recreate this?

The gray effect you see is most likely just a paint technique. But yeah, I'd love to know what specific technique would create that texture! Haha!

Totally! It's confusing trying to pinpoint the exact technique used.

From what I can gather, it doesn't look like it’s stucco. It could possibly be Roman clay; you might want to explore some video tutorials on that material because it can be tricky to work with. Just a heads up!
