I recently bought the M18 Quik Lok along with the brush cutter attachment, and everything was working perfectly. However, it suddenly stopped working. The LED on the handle lights up, but the motor doesn't spin at all. I've already tried swapping in fully charged batteries with no success. Before I consider returning it, is there anything else I can troubleshoot?

Yep, if it's not working after a full battery change and no attachments, it’s probably best to just take it back and get a replacement. New tools shouldn't have these problems so soon!
It sounds frustrating! Have you tried running it without any attachment to see if the issue is with the head? If nothing spins at all, I'd recommend just exchanging it for a new one; you shouldn't have to deal with that after such little use.
