I'm looking for a smart thermostat that I can comfortably adjust using an app on my iPhone, especially when I'm away from home. I'm planning to have a professional installation, so I want to make sure that once it's set up, it operates reliably. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend the Ecobee! I've got two installed and they've been super reliable. Plus, the remote sensors you can place in different rooms really help maintain the perfect temperature where you are. It'll definitely work great with your iPhone too!

I have to say, steer clear of the Nest. I’m about to switch all mine to Ecobee. Even with all eco settings turned off, my Nest keeps adjusting the temperature by itself, and it's super annoying!

I'd avoid it too. My Nest kept creeping up the temperature all summer!
I personally love my Nest. It works flawlessly and I've never had any issues with it. Plus, it integrates well with my Google Home setup.
