I've been taking care of my Coca Cola plant for a few years now, and it's really thriving this season! The stems are quite bushy, and it seems like a waste to not use them somehow since they emit such a lovely sweet scent. Is there anything I can do with them? Thanks in advance!

The Coca Cola plant, or Artemisia abrotanum, can indeed be used for some things! Just a heads up, don’t consume it in large amounts as it's mildly toxic. However, you can use the stems as a fragrance. They might work for keeping moths away too!
First off, it’s good to clarify what kind of Coca Cola plant you have! If it’s the scented Pelargonium variety, you can definitely use those for flavoring or even as a bath addition. Just keep in mind that the flavor isn’t always pleasant, but I love mixing the lemon or rose scented ones with bubbly water! They can also be dried for their scent, but they don't hold up very well once dry.
That’s what I have! I got it as a gift, so I didn't know the specifics. I'm leaning towards using it for fragrance. Do you think it’ll still smell strong when dried?

I heard about the toxicity, so I won't risk eating it. I was thinking more about its scent, but I’m not sure how effective it would be when dried. Any tips on that?
