Is $6500 a Good Price for a 40×12 Concrete Patio in Denver?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice about a quote I received for a concrete patio in the Denver metro area. The dimensions of the patio would be 40 feet by 12 feet, and I won't be getting it stamped. The quote came in at about $6500. The quote includes a new concrete patio setup, removal and replacement of existing steps, moving some rocks and disposing of sod, relocating sprinklers, using a 4500 psi commercial grade concrete mix with ultra microfiber, incorporating a 6x6 wire mesh for support, adding road base as filler, wet compaction, and using a concrete pump. What do you think—does this seem reasonable?

I think that's a fair price, especially considering how pricey things are in a high-cost living area like Denver. You're getting a good quality mix and all the necessary prep work, so you’re on the right track!

Thanks for the reassurance! I really wasn't sure what to expect.

That’s actually a pretty great deal! Especially for Denver, where costs can add up quickly. You’re getting a lot of work included, so it sounds like a solid option to me.
