I've got a leak in a pipe near the T connector in my apartment building, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to replace it. What are my options for fixing this without causing a mess? Here's a link to an image of the issue: https://imgur.com/a/IGkHIyv

The pipe and valve are combined in a single unit, so I’d suggest replacing it with a better quality valve and hose. Those push style shutoff valves are known to have problems. Thanks for the tip! Since it's in an apartment complex, would I be able to replace it without shutting off water for everyone? I was thinking about cutting the pipe near the T and maybe using an adapter.
