Are These Batteries Legit or Just Cheap Knock-Offs?

I found a listing on Facebook Marketplace for a new 20 volt 6ah battery priced at just $27, which seems like a steal. I'm considering buying a couple, but I'm wondering if these are genuine or if they're knock-offs. What do you all think? Here's the link to the image: https://imgur.com/a/ym7urkI

Honestly, the price alone suggests they're likely not legit. You usually can't find good quality batteries for that cheap unless there's something off about them.

Absolutely, the low price raises all sorts of red flags. I’d be cautious before buying.

If the batteries don’t have the DeWalt branding and just say they're 'compatible', that's a pretty strong indication they might be knock-offs. Usually, legitimate products will carry the brand name.

Right? It's just common sense. If it were a genuine product, it would display the brand name clearly.

I actually think they could be legit! The listing says they're compatible with DeWalt. Just make sure you read reviews or ask for more info before you buy.
