Is the Laguna Fusion F2 Worth It?

I'm considering purchasing a new table saw and have my eyes on the Laguna Fusion F2. A Sawstop cabinet saw would be ideal, but it's way out of my budget at the moment. I've been reading mixed reviews about its standard fence but heard it can be upgraded. I want to know the pros and cons of the Fusion F2. Is it a reliable choice? Also, can I upgrade to the TGlide fence later if I decide to? I've also seen options like the Jet Pro Shop 2 and Grizzly G0771Z, which are a bit cheaper. What do you think?

I had the same dilemma, but I went with the Fusion F2, and it's been super reliable for me—no major issues! The standard fence hasn't been a big problem, but I’ve heard mixed feedback about it and understand your concerns. Honestly, if you find yourself not satisfied with it, upgrading to a better fence later would definitely be worth considering!

Thanks, that’s really helpful! I’m just not finding used options that excite me, so I think I may just go for new. What do you think of the factory fence, though? Is it usable for most projects?

I’d say don’t finance a table saw unless you’re using it to make money. If it’s just a hobby, I’d recommend saving up to buy something outright instead of financing. You could also check the used market for better deals!
