Hey everyone! I'm in the process of replacing my stainless undermount sink that's glued to a quartz countertop. It looks like it's only attached with some gray adhesive blobs—possibly epoxy paste? There aren't any clips holding it in place. I want to know the best way to remove this adhesive without damaging the quartz surface. Should I just chisel it away, or is there a better method? Thanks!

I've never seen an undermount sink attached like that! Is that adhesive super hard?

Yeah, it definitely feels solid. It’s kinda brittle; I managed to snap off a piece just using my hands. I’m guessing it’s epoxy paste based on how it feels.
