Looking for a Good Fence Upgrade for My Rigid Hybrid Tablesaw

I've been using my Rigid Hybrid tablesaw for a few years now, but I'm really frustrated with the factory fence—it's pretty terrible. In fact, I broke the plastic end piece only a month after I got it, although I can still get it to work. The main problem is keeping it square, which is such a hassle. I'm hoping to replace it with a better fence and I'm looking for recommendations for brands that will fit my saw without a lot of drilling or modifications. Has anyone done this before and found a good option?

I’ve got the 4512 version, and I ended up making my own fence with angle iron and extruded aluminum. It was a bit of a project and not perfect, but it works okay now. I've come across a few mentions of adding Incra or Delta fences, but those usually need some drilling to fit properly. So be prepared for some modifications if you go that route!

I had that model and ended up selling it mainly because of the fence issues. There was a recall or replacement option on one of the fences, but honestly, the replacement wasn’t much better. I looked into higher-end brands like Incra, but those fences are pretty pricey—almost as much as the saw itself!

I think a Bessemer style fence could be a great fit! Check how the front rail attaches to your saw, then look up instructions for a Besse T Fence to see if it matches up. I’ve got an aftermarket one on my Unisaw that seems somewhat similar, and it works like a charm!
