I have a 36-inch mirrored bi-fold closet door made up of two 18-inch sections, and it's dragging in the middle, which makes it feel heavier than it should be. I need some tips on how to "lift" it to prevent it from scraping the floor any further. Thanks for your help!

Typically, the upper pin near the door opening can loosen up over time. Try lifting the door to see what moves. Also, the bottom of the door has a pin with adjustable teeth that can help you raise it up a bit if needed.
Don’t forget to check the hinge points where the door meets the frame. Ensure they’re all secure, and use a spirit level to make sure the doors are vertical. If they're not, you may need to reposition the hinges a bit to get them level again.
Got it! I’ll make sure to check that out too.
As others have pointed out, the bottom hinge's pivot point usually has height adjustment. If it's just barely touching the floor, you might not need to raise it much. Just make sure everything is plumb first before making adjustments!
Another option is to simply grind down the bottom a bit to avoid the scraping. That can be a quick fix if the issue isn’t too severe!
It sounds like something might have broken. I recommend checking around the hinges at the top and bottom, as well as the rail, to see if everything looks good there. You might find something loose that's causing the dragging.

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely check the pins.
