Can I Use Bird Bath Water for My Lime Tree?

I've been cleaning my bird bath weekly, and I had the thought - is it safe or beneficial to use the water, even if it has some bird droppings, for my lime tree? Any thoughts on this?

I find it interesting! I have my bird bath right under my lime tree too. What I do is just tip the bath over after cleaning, and it seems to work fine! No harm done to the tree at all.

Thanks, that's exactly what I wanted to know!

Yep, you can definitely use that water! Just make sure it’s not too dirty, but a little bird poop can actually provide nutrients for your lime tree. Just dilute it a bit if you're concerned about it being too concentrated.
