I recently returned from vacation to find that my radishes have grown to the size of baseballs! Normally, we just enjoy them raw, but I'm not sure these big ones will be good that way. Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do with them?

Have you thought about letting them bolt? The young seed pods can be really nice to eat. Some varieties are grown just for these pods, like Rattail and Münchner Bier. You can pickle them quickly, char them for a salad, or just enjoy them fresh as a snack!
Roasted radishes are delicious! Just slice them up and toss them with garlic and olive oil. However, check the inside first—if it’s turned woody or fibrous, they might not be great to eat raw anymore, even roasted.
As an alternative, try thinly slicing them with a mandolin for a salad. And don’t forget the greens; they're tasty in stir-fries!
