Hey everyone! I just landed a job as a team leader at a woodworking shop, and I'm feeling super anxious about it. I've done woodworking as a hobby for years and I'm confident in my skills, but my experience has mostly been working solo in my garage. They told me during the interview that they actually want someone to lead a team of 4-5 people and help the shop run more smoothly, which is way different than what I expected. I have no real management experience, and the only leading I've done was as a sailing instructor. I'd love any advice or skills I should focus on to help me be a better leader. Thanks in advance!
