I have a small crack in an underground PVC 'T' fitting that's part of my waterline, which feeds into an outside spigot. It's not a crucial line or anything, but replacing the fitting seems like a real hassle. I'm wondering if using JB Weld would be a good solution to seal up the crack—has anyone had any experience with this?

I've actually tried using JB Waterweld for a similar issue, and it worked really well! The good part about it is that it's a putty—so you just mash it together instead of mixing two components. It makes applying it a lot easier, especially in tricky spots like underground fittings. You should be golden with that!

Great to hear about your success! How would you go about applying it to a T fitting? Should I wrap it around the whole thing or just cover the crack? Also, I read you need to knead it first to activate it—can you give me more details on how that works?
