My fridge's water dispenser is really slow because the line to it is completely filled with sediment. I've tried disconnecting it and letting water run through, but that hasn't worked. Should I try to clean it myself or is this a job for a plumber?

If you can, disconnect both ends of the copper pipe and take it outside to run water through it. It might also help to clean the fridge's water line itself; there are plenty of YouTube videos and instructions from manufacturers that can guide you through that process.
Replacing the copper tubing with a braided rubber hose is a great option too. There are specific kits for refrigerator water supply lines that can make the process a lot easier.
You might find it easier just to replace the whole line instead of trying to clean it out. It's not that expensive, and you won't have to deal with sediment buildup in the future.
