I'm looking to find out which batteries give you the best value for your money. Should I go for power packs or Flex Volt batteries? I prefer to have one or two bigger batteries, but I really like the compact size of power packs. What's everyone's take on this?

If I were you, I'd go for a mix! Get a couple of 2 amp batteries for your drill and screwdriver, and then just stock up on those Flex Volt batteries. The Flex Volts are super versatile—they can power just about anything. The 6 amp battery is the same size as the 6 amp Flex Volt, so it’ll work for smaller tools, and you can even use it for bigger stuff like table saws or miter saws if you've got the right setup. So, a couple of small ones plus whatever Flex Volts you can grab sounds like a solid plan!
